You can try getting on the Putra LRT to the Bangsar station. Try catch the RapidKL bus T634 (info from RapidKL website) to Jln. Gelenggang and you should be within walking distance to the HP service centre. Refer to my earlier comment for the exact location of HP Tower or Menara HP

The real problem is not does Malaysia need nuclear power, the real problem is does it have the competence to handle it, and has it looked at all the associated problems. The problem of fuel retreatment is a thorny issue as a lot of western countries no longer want to treat or transport other countries nuclear waste. Also what about the treatment and storage of irradited material etc, has anything been done about this .
Also big nuclear power plants need an abundance of cooling water, where can you get this in Malaysia in a safe area?
The government once again is incapable of learning from other countries experience, and in the world there are only a few countries with a real nuclear electricity generation industry, these are Japan and France. All other countries, including the US have done nothing in the nuclear field for a long time, and cannot today be called experts.

I'm not exactly sure what's the problem, but in my opinion, I think it might be a RAM problem. Try swap it with a working piece of RAM to see if it's really the cause of the problem. Otherwise, just drop by HP and get them to troubleshoot and fix the problem since it's still under warranty.
