Busy Days

It’s been a rather busy month for me in general. Juggling between support work and design work as a S.A.D. Engineer can be very draining both mentally and physically. Glad some of the scheduled projects were postpone to a later date and there’s a long break around the corner.

Guess I’ve come to a stage where I’m slowly being molded into the “Just follow instructions” (blindly) culture in this company. Personally, I’m not too happy with this culture and I do not plan to make it apart of me, but the circumstances has made me to practice it sometimes.

On another note, I’ve recently bought a book “The Elegant Solution” (Yes, I’ve bought myself a non-textbook book in years). The book truly inspire and enlightened me to the elegant solution within Toyota’s culture in its pursuit for perfection through innovation. If only the company I’m working for has some of this culture instead.
