Job Hop
Although there is generally a negative vibe about the job hopping culture, I guess if it is for the good of both parties (the employer and the employee); there is nothing bad about it. Not too long ago, I was ranting about my unfulfilling job at ON Semiconductor as an Equipment Engineer.
I guess my prayers for a better job that could fuel my enthusiasm and interest has been answered. Very soon after I’ve been officially assigned with the “not-too-challenging†responsibilities as an Equipment Engineer at ON Semiconductor, I got a call for an interview as a Design & Support Engineer in a electronics company which I’ve applied when I just graduated (the same time as when I applied for the job at ON Semi).
The new job offered promised a much better prospect for me in my quest to seek for a job that could fuel my enthusiasm and interest (job satisfaction). Thus, I decided to accept the new job offered and handled in my resignation letter. Hopefully this will be one of the decisions in life that I’ll not live to regret.
A ship is safe in the harbour,
But then that is not what a ship is for.
Good decision and congrats
